All products are sold through our online storefront and are subject to availability.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are prepaid.

Production begins only after payment confirmation has been received.

Hex Needle reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Many Hex Needle products are produced specifically for the customer.

These include:

• Tailored suits
• Blazers
• Bandhgalas
• Personalized garments

Because these items are made specifically for the customer, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Hex Needle may contact customers to verify submitted measurements before production begins.

The final fit of a garment depends on the accuracy of measurements approved by the customer.

5. Color Reference Policy

Hex Needle uses signature color references and hex codes to communicate garment color direction.

Displayed hex codes are intended as design references only.

Due to:

• Fabric composition
• Dye batches
• Material characteristics
• Photography
• Lighting conditions
• Screen settings

actual garments may vary slightly from displayed colors.

Such variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

6. Fabric Availability

Certain fabrics may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

In such cases, Hex Needle may:

• Offer an equivalent replacement
• Provide alternative options
• Issue a refund if no suitable substitute is available

7. Production & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only.

Production schedules may be affected by:

• Fabric sourcing
• Tailoring requirements
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Force majeure events

Hex Needle is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Because most Hex Needle garments are custom-made, tailored, or produced on demand:

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted unless:

• The wrong item was delivered

• A manufacturing defect is confirmed

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
