An RTO is any order which has been returned to the original sender Hex Needle after unsuccessful delivery attempts to the final customer.

Color Accuracy Notice:

At Hex Needle, every color is developed using carefully selected digital color references and fabric-matching processes. Due to differences in fabric composition, dye batches, lighting conditions, photography, screen calibration, and manufacturing variations, the final garment color may vary slightly from digital representations or referenced hex values.

Hex codes and color references are provided as design guidance and inspiration for color development rather than a guarantee of exact digital color reproduction. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
